The London Parks Benchmarking Group was established in 1999 by the London Borough of Newham in response to the requirements of Best Value.
The Group is chaired by Chris Welsh of the London Borough of Ealing, who can be contacted at the following email address: chair@lpbg.org.uk
The membership of the Group includes local authorities, private sector service providers, and educational establishments.
Participating organisations commit themselves to hosting the meetings, and bearing the associated costs, on a rotating basis. There is currently an annual membership fee of £100.
